According to your screenshots (there is no file tree on it) you should have lots of errors in the logs first time :) Picture upload was slightly changed, I guess what you are seeing is caching issue (try to change picture then Shift+Reload) please file JIRA issue if it will help, I'll try to handle it :) otherwise please report back, so we can try to find the issue :)
