Hello Maxim, Some body call Vitaliy V Nekrasov, have deleted the link for spanish web tutorials, on wiki english tutorials page block 9, and he has instead put a tutorial of him in russian idiom.
I has moved his tutorial to block 6, it was free, and return the spanish link to the original place. Vitaliy V Nekrasov, you can use new blocks to put it you like it. Please, don't delete the already used blocks. Thank you. Alvaro
