RTMPS Problem

Hello, I have problems with rtmps. I do exactly the configuration shown
here:
http://openmeetings.apache.org/RTMPSAndHTTPS.html
also insert my certificates in the keystone of JVM, I can access by https but
when entering a room appears this message
             Error Missing [556]
