Hello,

This question is not related to development of OM.
So I have changed the list to user@

Every OM user has own timezone, emails and calendar appointments are being
sent using time zone of particular user.
System TZ is being used in case user TZ can't be determined.

3.0.4 is extremely old, so I'm not sure if it has any time zone related
issues
