In the meeting rooms, there is on the left side of the screen a large
pane, displaying the list of users and the files. In my screen, it
appears very large (I have a Mac). Is it possible either : to hide /show
it, or iconize it, or to define smaller fonts ?

treated as sp@m, but I will ignore their content.
Only the ADDRESS you send to is important.
You can start a subscription for an alternate address,
for example "[email protected]", just add a hyphen and your
address (with '=' instead of '@') after the command word:
<[email protected]>
To stop subscription for this address, mail:
<[email protected]>
In both cases, I'll send a confirmation message to that address. When
you receive it, simply reply to it to complete your subscription.
