Ok, but here the thing that happen on my 4.0.1 installation. Tested with Google Chrome (50.0.2661.102) , Mozilla FireFox(47.0.2) and IE (11).
Chrome : « Custom Files » by default IE : « Custom Files » by default Mozilla : « All Files » by default.
