Which browser are you using? If Chrome, it needs to be HTTPS only. If you are using other browsers, try 1. Checking whether camera is accessible with other video programs such as Skype, Hangout. Disable / sign out of these programs. 2. reload the browser. 3. Reboot the computer with the webcam, mic and speaker connected Your OS and browser need to recognize the connected imaging devices for these to appear in your dropdown list.
