1) You can enter the name while inviting just enter *"firstname lastname" <email>* OR *'**firstname lastname' <email>* OR *firstname lastname <email>* instead of *email*
2) in case it's not an option, user will be prompted for first/last name on room enter after that there should be no null/null Is this the case?
