Hello Alex,

Here is a vector to assist you.

Perhaps you are using a reverse proxy server in front of your OM installation.
If so, you may want to configure the proxy server. Here are a few examples
courtesy others:

Christian Wolf:
https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/openmeetings-user/201807.mbox/%[email protected]%3E

Turkel Alizadeh:

If you are not using a proxy, how are you accessing OM?

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Hemant K. Sabat

When I go to my domain for OM I'm getting the forbidden message: You don't have
permission to access / on this server. The domain is pointed to my webroot
directory (var/www/html). How do I work around this issue?

General steps are described here:

Also you can search our mailing list archives:

Or ask for commercial support :)

To change self-signed certificate with "real" certificate you need to perform
all steps one more time :)

Can you be more specific? Which field in Admin --> Language can I edit the
text? Which file can I change the image and the favicon image?

Also, I already have a "self-signed certificate" and would like to get a "real
certificate" in order to have this

instead of this

I'm confused by the steps you have listed on your site. Do I have to remove the
current keystore.jks, truststore.jks and keystore.jks.old and start from
scratch? What is the difference between creating a keystore from scratch and
using existing key-pair? Which one should I follow?
