Hi there Tajuddin, While the following link is a couple of years old, it tends to address the whole NAT issue that may prevent recording. You had mentioned that you got everything working on AWS with Ubuntu 18.04.... but it appears the recording issue is somewhat related. I sent you an email to ask about how you managed to fix the whole audio and video issue mentioned in one of your previous emails but never heard back from you.
