I'm quite keen to figure out what kind of events can be monitored in the
log that could help to:
 - Add some more information to the user when bandwidth or connection
issues come up. Like a "reconnecting" modal or sth
 - How we can reconstruct this scenario without doing a 2h live test

logic, can you point to the stream-reconnect logic ? Whats the event that
triggers it ? Is it a Kurento event or ?
Would it trigger on any kind of connection (Audio/Video and Screen) ?
Would it trigger differently depending on if the issue is on the sender vs
the receiver side of the stream ? There must be different logic depending
on which side the issue is.
