sorry for my bad english. I am explaining the steps below.
1. Register new user from login screen2. Login after registration3. Go to send 
invitation4.  Here in the send invitation screen when you click recipient field 
 - I am able to see all other emails. Emails of everybody who registered. They 
told me policy will not allow showing emails of everybody. It only should be to 
whom user already send invitation to only.
Hope this is clear. Sorry again for not being clear.
