Hello Maxim and the rest of the community. I finally solved the topic of
using the API to create and delete users and rooms using CURL. The problem
with the rooms was I had to change this ";" for this ","

Here I let you a small file in case someone could need to do the same as me
in the future.Anyhow I'll keep in touch to ask for some other things about
the API and other methods.
