(tested all these).
I think the problem is the poor hardware in VPS.
Centos 8 in VPS is a little hard as also Ubuntu 20.04and Arch.Debian 10
is ok, and Ubuntu 18.04.This is in my VPS hardware.
As told you everything is OK in my PC server Centos 8.
