Invalid Hash Access Denied you don't have no rights to enter this room

Greetings, I have one problem with OM server users from android phones can 
enter the classroom without problem but the problem is with user on IOS like 
IPhone or IPad when they try to enter the room this error occurs   "Invalid 
Hash Access Denied you don't have no rights to enter this room". I don't know 
where the problem can be  can't find nothing weird on error logs.
