When i Upload File it gets to long to upload even if the file is very small i gets stuck for a while in 50%

When i upload file even if it is small file it takes to long to upload to Room 
it gets stuck in 50% than after long time it gets uploaded, i changed settings 
in /tmp/studenti.class-ks.com.jks /opt/open504/conf but the problem still 
remains.
