Hi Jibsan,
you have to ensure MySQL has bind on all interfaces not only to localhost
netstat -patn | grep 3306

And for each additional host you need an extra grant statement (or for the 
whole network of you have a non gateway VLAN)
GRANT (...) TO 'hola'@'<HOST IP>' (...)

TIP:
Install mysql-client on each host and try to connect to database from each host
mysql -p -h <Mysql IP> open504
