Could you please re-phrase ?

You can have ~200 media streams per KMS, this is
1) ~15 users all with audio and video in one room
2) OR 1 speaker and ~100 attendees without audio or video
3) OR something in the middle
4) OR 50 rooms with 2 users with audio/video each
...................................

you can scale the system using cluster
each server in cluster will handle different rooms
