simple:
1. double click on the recording.
2. rename it and press enter, and it is renamed correctly.
3. click on the download icon (lower right corner) and select MP4
4. download pop windows shows for location to save the file.
5 file name is set of letters, like the one saved on server, not the
name I just edited:
