Thank you very much!

If I can, before starting this "missing" part ... :-)

I would like to understand if my current situation can create "interference" for the correct reaching of the VM (openmeeting) from the outside.

In our headquarters we have:
- no. 1 ubuntu server VM as guacamole (zeroclient)
- no. 1 ubuntu VM server as nginx (configured to reach the guacamole VM via zc.miodominio.it - (A record points to our STATIC PUBLIC IP))

- no. 1 ubuntu server VM like OpenMeetings
With this part of the procedure that I have to start (indicated by you), Can I reach the OpenMeeting's VM from the internet ?... via -> openmeeting.miodominio.it (A record points to our STATIC PUBLIC IP) ?

Greetings
M.

Well,

I sent you the link to the general page https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OPENMEETINGS/Tutorials+for+installing+OpenMeetings+and+Tools
with lots of manuals (thanks to Alvaro :))

And as you can see this page has 2 manuals for every OS:
1) "Installation OpenMeetings ......."
2) "Installation SSL certificates and Coturn for OpenMeetings ...."

your setup missing TURN server
2nd manual above will give you some instructions on how to install `coturn` which is TURN server

you can find more details if you will use search on mailing list archives (I prefer https://openmeetings.markmail.org/) :)))

I don't think I understand some basic steps then!

Everything works if I connect to the openmeeting private IP
address but also if I connect to the openmeeting static public
    address. .. I mean --> admin

If a new user registers, tests and works (self-enrollment by
e-mail) ... connects to my own room ... the user does not see and
hear me! I do not see and hear him (I mean by the respective
    webcams / microphones)

I opened the link you sent me ...

(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OPENMEETINGS/Tutorials+for+installing+OpenMeetings+and+Tools?preview=/27838216/158878396/Installation%20SSL%20certificates%20and%20Coturn%20for%20OpenMeetings%
    205.0.1% 20on% 20Ubuntu% 2018.04.pdf)

Talk about installing certbot on the VM (where I installed
Openmeeting). It doesn't talk about using Nginx (another VM that I
already use for another local GUACAMOLE server)

    I think I'm confused!

Can I ask for help in resolving this situation?
or, in any case, understand together what I'm missing?

    Greetings.

I'm afraid you don't have TURN server

Please check "Coturn" instructions from here

        Hello and pleasure ...
Your aids are always precious and perfect!

I need to understand why I have the problem that I try to
        describe to
        you below ...

Working emails (both for user registration and for sending
        invitations)
Local server accessible from the outside (PUBLIC.STATIC IP: 5443)
        ...
I enter as an admin, I enter a room (public or private), I
        see myself, I
feel myself ... If I invite a person, the person connects
        from his home
to the invitation link, he does not see me and does not hear
        me. .. I
don't see it and I don't feel it!
On the router of our ISP both TCP and UDP are open the
        following ports:
        10000
        5443
        5080
        80
        443
        3478
        5349

        something is missing?

        thanks for your help
