The clone button is at Poll Results dialog

you should
1) Create Poll A
2) Create Poll B
3) .....
then it is time to start Poll A:
4) open Poll Results dialogs
5) find your Poll A
6) press Clone
7) do necessary modifications
8) save

the poll will be started in 2 clicks
