Hi, yes in org.apache.cxf.cdi.JAXRSCdiResourceExtension#load and org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.utils.ResourceUtils#createApplication. You should probably always return the same instance of singletons since getSingletons/getClasses *can* be called N times.
