Hello, I have made a Notes client for Mac available. You can find it at http://peterandlinda.com/cloudnotes.
Please use with the most recent version (0.6) of ownCloud Notes on your server. It is pretty bare bones so far, but most functionality should be there. A GitHub repository will be available shortly. This app is Mac only since I want to work on my Objective C skills and since it shares quite a bit of code with the iOS client. Comments, suggestions, and bug reports are welcome.
