Hi, very often (nearly daily) posts of users like "please fix this" or "please include this feature in OC" can be found at the community forums (Even after closing the "Discuss possible bugs & feature requests" subforum).
IIRC most developers are not or not regularly checking the forums (there was some mailinglist posting about this some time ago) I think it is really needed to add some notes about that fact to the forums to prevent that users thinks the forums are used for contacting the devs or for bugreports / feature requests.
