capability bug left? Is there a list which CVEs are required by owncloud 6?

very large file uploads are usually a corner case, and if 
recurring, usually better solved through keyed rsync access 
(with compression gain), rather than port 80 / 443 / 21 
transfers.  In any event not a 'CVE' matter so much as a 
configuration choice
