Thanks, it's been removed. Using web debugger I get the following when I try to create a folder:

[Error] TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'FileList.findFileEl(name).exists()')
        getUniqueName (files.js, line 836)
        (anonymous function) (file-upload.js, line 247)
        dispatch (core.js, line 38)
        i (core.js, line 34)

Not getting anything in log files.

I think the below error is due to my trying to disable the IMAP
settings in the config.php file. This is what was there:

'user_backends' => array ( 0 => array ( 'class' => 'OC_User_IMAP',
'arguments' => array ( 0 => '{imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl}INBOX',
), ), ),

I changed it to:

'user_backends' => '',

Leave it out entirely, it is not mandatory to have it there.

Cheers
Arthur

Is this not correct?

The owncloud.php file does exist.

When in the web gui and you click the "New" button and select
either test or folder it gives you text field to type in the
name. But when you hit enter nothing happens.

Have a look at owncloud.log and the web server error log.
Also make sure to have "loglevel" set to 0 in the config at
this time as it might provide more useful info.

Please also check the browser console for JS errors,
especially if the issue only happens in the web UI.

Cheers,

Vincent
