Before I submit this to Github, I thought I would send it to the list to
see if anyone else sees this issue.

I had OC6 running on a win8 box using IIS. The server is very stable and
works good, then I decided I wanted to try OC7, so I make a separate
installation of OC on the same box and upload some files to test it.

Recently, I decided to upload many of my files through the web interface of
OC7. I upload many files >10,000 pictures, documents, etc. worth about
>20gb. Many are uploaded in different folders and directories and it works
very nice!

Through some trials and tribulations, I decide I need to re-upload some of
these files again to add in some which weren't included in the original
upload. Since OC now does conflict detection, I decide to drag entire
folders to the web interface, OC begins the upload and discovers many files
already on the server, and it asks what to do with the duplicates, which I
tell it to "keep existing". Between every 100-500 files I click OK button
to keep existing and OC continues.

After about 80% of a large upload about 7Gb, my computer tells me I run out
of hard drive space! I have a 120GB ssd drive as C:\ (Windows and data
files are worth about 75Gb) but the OC data directory is on a different
HDD! Using FolderSize 3.0.0, I look at my C:\ to determine which folders
are the biggest and find that the program only accounts for about 70gb of
my 120gb SSD! There is 30gb missing! I use Window's Disk cleanup and this
program can only free up about 700mb of space! Still no space.

I researched more and download WinDirStat and it finds nearly 50,000 files
all about 1Kb or so in the C:\windows\temp directory. Many of them with
php filename prefix and many others. It is clear to me that OC is using
this temp directory for some type of storage during upload conflict
detection! Somehow during the upload process these files are not deleted.
I delete all these temp files and free the space!

Is this known issue or should I make a more formal Github bug report? I
think this problem may also affect OC6.0.3 too, but I am not entirely sure,
I haven't tested it yet.

Thanks!
