Hello,
I have an oc7.0.2 installation with enabled encryption on all users.
There's one main user who is sharing all of her folders and other users
see them and work with the files there contained.
One user (not the main one) just uploaded a bunch of files using her
desktop client.
The problem is that via web interface we can see the files listed but
can't see their content or download them, as if oc can't find them.
The log says :
{"app":"index","message":"Exception: Encryption key not found for
\"\/[email protected]\/files\/quite/a/long/path with
spaces/and accents/file.pdf\" during attempted read via
stream","level":4,"time":"2014-12-02T12:20:54+00:00"}
but I can see that for file.pdf I have file.pdf.key and
file.pdf.user.shareKey and file.pdf.mainuser.shareKey
How can I debug this problem?
