This is my first post to the list so I don't know if this pops up all
the time. If so, please let me know.
I recently set up an OwnCloud server for +- 60 users and I'm trying to
adminstrate this system. However, since most users are not really
technical people, I receive lots of questions and issues for which my
help is required.
I'm having a hard time actually helping here because I cannot find any
way to diagnose issues as I cannot find any administrative interface
besides the user management and configuration.
What I would like to see is a way to more or less become someone else
through the webinterface. I would like to see which files a person can
see in their owncloud instance, which folders are shared with them, what
permissions they have and who they are sharing it with. However, as far
as I can tell only the persons actually involved in the shared folder
can see this.
I could of course 'hack' their account by changing the password and
logging in as them but that's not really user friendly. Is there any way
to accomplish what I want in the current OwnCloud version?
The version of the server software is 7.0.4
