Hello,

well, if the user uploads a file she receives a notification, I can
track it on table oc_activity and oc_activity_mq, and she receives the
email.

BUT if someone using a share via link like :
 https://example.compublic.php?service=files&t=86c18c9d451cdf6f4fb46571135c6db0/
uploads a file, the folder's one doesn't receive a notification, this
upload is not logged to oc_activity or oc_activity_mq and not notified.

Maybe this type of notification is not taken into account anywhere, is it?
