have you first tried to lower the loglevel to the defaults?
At least those:
> Jan 21 15:36:41 srv ownCloud[19567]: {user_ldap} Ready for a paged search
> Jan 21 16:35:01 srv ownCloud[24613]: {user_ldap} bgJ "updateGroups" –
> "user1" added to "users".
looks to me like debugging messages.
