I have a remote OwnCloud server that runs on a virtual server. I use Thunderbird Lightning on my laptop an desktop to access the OwnCloud calendars and with "Offline Support" enabled this satisfies most of my needs.
However it would be really nice if I could get local (i.e. laptop and desktop) command line access to the Owncloud calendars. I have a little Python program that I wrote myself that pops up notifications in the xubuntu panel when there's something urgent that needs doing. This used to work from a local .ics file but I don't have one of those now so, for it to continue to work, I need to have something that can interrogate the OwnClous server. Does anyone know of anything? There's python-owncloud but sadly it no longer works due to changing owncloud client libraries on Ubuntu, something like this would be perfect. -- Chris Green _______________________________________________ User mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.owncloud.org/mailman/listinfo/user
