AFAIK everything you mention apart from Skype is there. As for the hosting on Raspberry, sure, should be possible with some limitations and speed depends on how do you plan to use it. If many users and plenty of data - go for server. If alone, don't mind to wait and almost no data, Raspberry is fine.
