Can you confirm if clicking on upgrade after seeing that window will not go
through the full upgrade
As I don't want to take risk of redoing full upgrade, which needs extra
efforts to back up and restore all modifications I did to owncloud, such as
rebranding, user list, DB and Data.. etc

Hi,
IIRC this is just a bug which gets fixed in oC 8.1. In previous versions the
update routine for apps is just looking like an full update of oC itself.
