good morning,

we have been running our instance of Owncloud for some time now and
start to think to move forward to a productive environment for our
company.

One of the things I still wonder: What structure for your calendar are
you using?

I could simply have one calendar for every person within the
company, visible for all other colleagues, but this would clutter the
display with many entries. 
I could have virtual "department users" that are visible for the
company and all members of the department would forward their calendar
to the "department user".
What do you do with resources like conference rooms, cars, etc.?

We are using calendarplus at this time, but I assume this would not
make much of a difference.

I could not find any proposal and I am sure that many of you went
through the same question.
