We use OC to take a mirror of scanned documents on Windows to A OC
Server which is then imported using the WebDAV API into a CRM. When it
works it is brilliant - scan to CRM via the great OC.
/NewFiles <----- Files uploaded by Windows client here
/Imported <----- Imported into the CRM via API and moved here
The problem is that the Windows Client does not see the /NewFiles folder
as being empty so it will re-upload them all. Now with 1,000+ files that
means multiple duplicates in the CRM.
Sometimes it works flawlessly but when it does not $client = 'Not Happy'
We are clutching at straws here - the server reports the files moved and
all is good. The files are sucked into the CRM but the client still
re-uploads them.
Could this be because of large amounts files in the /Imported directory
taking too long to sync? Could it be stuck in a loop because of this?
Any ideas welcome.
