Well, lets not talk about "normal" and not people, but yes, these are
the two ways of looking at it. I started from the "I want to sync from
client to cloud" as well, as I also found it more natural. At least for
a home user basically.

But if you think from the perspective of somebody who enters an
organization (a company) she will find a lot of documents on the server
to be synced to her new laptop. For example.

The question is how we could make the choice easier for a new user
setting up his sync, depending on where the user is coming from. I (and
also Jan ;-) struggle with that for long.
