there is no issue here. It was stated above that the new releases will be available in a few days. You can also check the updater URL on your own: https://updates.owncloud.com/client/?version=2.1.1&platform=win32&oem=ownCloud -> Windows https://updates.owncloud.com/client/?version=2.1.1&platform=macos&oem=ownCloud -> Mac OS X where you can see that no 2.2.x release is made available yet.
