how to set phoenix currently timeout

hi all,

i run the sql  select count(1) from tablex , throw exception is timeout，and how 
to set the timeout value? 

org.apache.phoenix.exception.PhoenixIOException: 
org.apache.phoenix.exception.PhoenixIOException: 162624ms passed since the last 
invocation, timeout is currently set to 60000
