Hello,

We are migrating data to a new cluster by distcp copying data under /hbase.  
Hbase comes online OK and when we install Phoenix (4.2.2 on CDH 5.3), the 
region servers' GC time goes way up and the nodes get bounced.

Any idea what could be happening?
