How to add the property to CDH5.3 server-site hbase-site.xml

Hi all.

I am used CDH5.3, I can’t found where is the true hbase-site.xml, 
How to add the property to CDH5.3 server-site hbase-site.xml? Or any solution 
to fix it？

    <name>phoenix.connection.autoCommit</name>
    <value>true</value>
  </property>
