Hi, I try to install Phoenix 4.3.0 on HBase 1.0 (CDH 5.4.2). I think installation is going well, but when starting the shell for the first time, it does many operations on HBase side and then just exit. By exit I mean it exits the RegionServer. Process ends without anything on the logs (See below). I think the 6 last lines are the process being restarted.
http://pastebin.com/zF9bUkk1 I turned DEBUG mode for the logs but still nothing interesting. Any idea why it can fail that way? Sound like all coprocessors are there and loaded correctly. And I can also see the Phoenix packages in the classpath. I know it's a re-packaged version so might differ a bit, but directions to investigate it might be the same. Thanks, JM >
