I haven't used this driver (don't write any .NET code), but I used it as
a reference while building (https://github.com/Boostport/avatica), in
particular, setting up the HTTP requests correctly.

I'll have to try it out at some point, but would love to hear from
anyone who beats me to it :). I reckon that it should work for any
>=Avatica-1.6.0 or Apache Phoenix 4.7.0. The documented "Phoenix
4.4.0" is probably more of a call-out to the version available on Azure.
