For a weird reason, if we do scan on a table, with a non key, there are duplicate rows in the table.
If we do look up with the complete RK of a table, it doesnt show the duplicates. What could be wrong? Appreciate your time. Similar as this one -https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-3755
