Query logging - PHOENIX-2715

Hi,

Is the expected behavior for this new feature to capture all operations
(UPSERT / DROP / CREATE / ...)?  After enabling phoenix.log.level=TRACE, I
see only SELECT queries populated in the SYSTEM.LOG table.
