Hi Yixuan,

You need to manually remove all the coprocessors that Phoenix adds to each
HBase table.
After doing above step, just restart HBase and login to phoenix, it will
recreate both the metadata tables. And then you can redefine you tables in
Phoenix.

I have done this on my setup of Phoenix3.0.0 and it works nicely. But,
please try this at your own risk.
