I do understand the Pig Latin is not coupled with anything. Hence, the
question for use in another framework.

I was referring to what you said secondly. It would be great to run Pig as
a Pig Latin Executor without Hadoop.

Why was such an extension point a burden? It seems like the right thing to
do in terms of design.
