Yes that one. I can confirm that on my windows 7 system / java 6 update 24, it doesn't work with Google Chrome, and with Internet Explorer, and it doesn't work in a standalone application. However it works in firefox 3.6.12. I don't care about the browsers, but I need it in my desktop application.
