Hi all, maybe here ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-441 ) you can find some related info (and issue), but the file in attach could give to you some idea. Note that it is in the old (pre-bxml) format, so with Pivot 2.x you cannot use as is (should be converted).
