You say you have a login "page", but page is not a Pivot construct. Is
it a Frame or a Window maybe?
In any case, you should be able to open a new Window and then call
close() on your existing one.
NewWindow newWindow = new NewWindow();
newWindow.open(getDisplay());
close();
